What the opportunity involves Each company is different, but typical expectations include: Full ownership of the commercial and operational roadmap from day one Close collaboration with an existing technical team that has built a working product or prototype Responsibility for strategy, fundraising, partnerships, recruitment and first customers Hands-on leadership in recruiting and shaping the founding team culture Skills we’re looking for Adaptability: Able to change task quickly, prioritise under uncertainty and thrive in fast-moving environments Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable taking ownership, making high-impact decisions and building from scratch Collaboration: Skilled at working with technical co-founders, advisors and external partners to align on goals Personal traits that fit Resilience: Persistent and composed when facing setbacks Proactivity: Takes initiative, anticipates needs and drives progress without waiting for direction Curiosity: Eager to learn about new technologies, markets and business models Who you are You are motivated by founding, scaling or turning early-stage ventures into sustainable businesses.
