Operations Supervisor (Service Operations Supervisor) - NRTA

The Service Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of fixed-route transit services, Microtransit, and Paratransit through a combination of centralized dispatch management and field supervision activities. This position ensures safe, reliable, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery by monitoring system performance, supporting operators, responding to incidents, coordinating service adjustments, and maintaining compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.

The Service Operations Supervisor provides frontline supervisory oversight and support to all Bus Operators and is highly dynamic working between the field and dispatch office based on operational needs and schedule assignments.
