What you will do

• Architect, refine, and deploy high-performance microservices and RESTful APIs that power consumer financial products globally.
• Build and scale complex software solutions tailored for high-concurrency production environments and fintech regulations.
• Design and implement scalable backend systems to support millions of active users.
• Manage partner API traffic and technical integrations for insurance and commission-based pipelines.

• Backend Mastery: Deep expertise and mastery of Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem within microservices and cloud-native environments.
• Proven Track Record: Minimum 5 to 6 years of deep, high-velocity product engineering experience, specifically building high-concurrency software.
• Architectural Reasoning: Proven ability to justify technical trade-offs regarding database selections and architecture design.
