VP - Legal

The VP of Legal is a hands-on senior leadership role with primary legal responsibility within a region of EDENS. Reporting to the General Counsel, this attorney will lead sophisticated retail leasing transactions, advise regional and enterprise leaders on material legal and business risks, manage outside counsel and legal resources, develop team capability, and build scalable processes that support timely, high-quality execution.

The successful candidate will bring deep retail real estate leasing experience, practical judgment, executive presence, and a collaborative leadership style. This individual will be expected to remain directly engaged in the most strategically significant matters while strengthening the capacity, consistency, and business impact of the Legal department.
