About the Role" Quality Assurance Engineer
- Healthcare Interoperability. "Responsibilities"
- Validate FHIR-based APIs and workflows for compliance with FHIR R4 and implementation guides.
- Design and execute interoperability test scenarios and test cases across payer–provider systems.
- Perform end-to-end testing of prior authorization and utilization management workflows.
- Validate data quality, terminology bindings, and profile conformance.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams within a US healthcare payer environment.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and improve first-pass success rates.
- Design and develop all QA artifacts. "Required Skills"
- Strong knowledge of FHIR standard (R4), REST APIs, and healthcare interoperability (mandatory).
- Experience with Utilization Management / Prior Authorization workflows/EDI X12 278 (highly desirable). "Desirable Skills"
- Familiarity with US healthcare payer systems.
- Expertise in API testing and tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, etc. "Education Qualification"
- Relevant educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
