The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a pivotal role in managing client insurance policies, ensuring accurate documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position involves processing policy changes, handling endorsements, and assisting with the renewal process, all while maintaining up-to-date records in the agency management system.

The CSR's main duty is to provide comprehensive support for the Account Managers, facilitating smooth and efficient operations within the Commercial Lines department.
