  • Experience managing complex calendars, travel, events, invoices, expenses, and vendors.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English and German mandatory.
  • Proficient with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
  • Autonomous, dependable, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Able to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and work effectively with senior stakeholders, customers, and international teams. WHAT YOU GET
  • A visible and varied role working closely with the CRO and executive team.
  • The opportunity to contribute to the growth of a global Series C company.
  • A collaborative, multicultural environment with talented colleagues.
  • Competitive compensation and opportunities for professional development.
  • A hybrid work model and flexible hours focused on results and impact.
  • The chance to help customers adopt AI-assisted engineering and make innovation faster, smarter, and more sustainable. WE'RE PROUD TO BE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER, AND WE'RE COMMITTED TO BUILDING A DIVERSE AND INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT WHERE YOU CAN THRIVE.
