WHAT YOU'LL DO

Partner with brokerage team on leasing and sales transactions Conduct market research and gather data for marketing and analysis Prepare LOIs, proposals, contracts, and marketing materials Coordinate tours, inspections, due diligence, and transaction logistics Support deal negotiations and client communications Maintain transaction records and CRM updates Attend industry events to grow your network and market knowledge WHAT YOU'LL BRING (Minimum Qualifications) Active Colorado real estate license 5+ years experience as a commercial real estate broker Knowledge of Northern Colorado’s CRE market and trends Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Commercial MLS software Waypoint's brokers are contract positions, and the target GCI for this level of experience is the proven ability to earn a minimum of $150-$200k GCI.
