Boeing Global Services Associate Integrated Scheduling Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Assosociate Planning & Schedule Specialist to join our team in Long Beach, CA. In this role you will be working with internal cross-functional teams to develop & maintain project schedules.

Position Responsibilities: Supports preparation, development and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements Assists with the development of program plans, schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements and resulting schedules Supports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity Identifies and reports performance variances Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 1+ years years of experience in a role requiring project scheduling / program management skills 1+ years of experience working with scheduling tools or databases 1+ years Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience working with PowerBI, Tableau or other business intelligence systems Experience conducting data analysis with Excel Experience with Agile / SAFe Methodology Experience with scheduling tools (e.

g.
