Behavioral Interventionist Team Float - Children's Services - Springfield

Full-time(37.50 hours/week) position is currently available in the Springfield area. This position requires skill and experience working with children in a school setting who have mental health challenges. The BI Team Float provides substitute behavioral intervention as needed, works closely with the BCBA in the district by providing observations for treatment planning, and supports the School-Based team with administrative functions.

Key skills include the ability to establish and maintain a supportive relationship with the student and apply behavioral interventions in a consistent and targeted manner. Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 2-3 years of experience is required. The pay for the position is between $23-$27 per hour
