Mental Health Clinical Manager

The Mental Health Clinical Manager (MHCM) is responsible for managing a team who provide in-office, in-home, and in-community services in the design and implementation of individualized treatment plans for a caseload of patients via psychotherapy, targeted case management and community support services.
