Frontend Developer (Nextjs/ Reactjs/ GraphQL)
Job description
Summary As a Frontend Developer (Next.js/React.js/GraphQL) with 0–2 years of experience, you’ll play a key role in building fast, scalable, and accessible web applications using modern frontend technologies. You’ll translate design concepts into functional, responsive interfaces using React and Next.js, leveraging server-side rendering, static generation, and GraphQL to deliver high-performance, SEO-friendly experiences.
This role is ideal for early-career developers eager to grow within a collaborative, agile team while contributing to impactful products. You’ll work closely with designers and backend engineers to implement clean, reusable components, optimize user experience, and ensure code quality through best practices and testing.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React.js and Next.js (App Router or Pages Router). Build reusable UI components and page structures aligned with design system standards. Implement routing, layouts, and dynamic routes using Next.js features such as nested layouts and dynamic segments.
Consume GraphQL APIs on the frontend using Apollo Client or similar tools, writing efficient queries, mutations, and fragments. Manage client-side state and caching to ensure consistent, responsive UIs across data changes. Optimize performance and SEO using Next.js capabilities like SSR, SSG, and incremental static regeneration.
Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) through code-splitting, lazy loading, and image optimization. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code with unit and integration tests. Participate in code reviews, agile stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect designs from Figma or similar tools.
Work with backend teams to integrate APIs, handle authentication, and manage loading/error states effectively.
