Soft projects. Job Description: As a People. Soft Developer at Bright Vision Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining People. Soft applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement customizations and modifications within the People. Soft system. Your expertise in People. Soft development, technical analysis, and problem-solving will be crucial in driving the success of our People. Soft projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a People. Soft Developer or similar role
• Strong understanding of People. Soft system architecture and modules
• Proficiency in People. Soft development tools, such as Application Designer, People. Code, and Application Engine
• Experience with developing customizations, reports, interfaces, and applications within People. Soft
• Knowledge of People. Soft table structures, views, and data dictionary
• Familiarity with People. Soft integration technologies, such as Integration Broker or Component Interfaces
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• People. Soft certification or training
• Experience with People. Soft Campus Solutions, Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, or other modules
• Knowledge of People. Soft Fluid User Interface (UI) and related development techniques
