Job Development Coordinator

This position coordinates job development, placement, and alumni support services for Building Paths graduates in the DC/MD program. The role provides job placement assistance and follow-along support for up to one year after graduation, while also supporting employer partnerships, Professional Development Training (PDT) coverage, and accurate documentation of program services and outcomes in the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) system.
