Facilities Maintenance Technician (Float)

Responsible to perform efficient Building repairs, updates, and tasks as well as special projects at all Summit locations. Technician must have knowledge in working with electrical, plumbing, building materials and have knowledge of hand and power tools. The Technician is also required to perform regular checks, updates and do preventative maintenance on the interior and exterior of the buildings at all Summit Locations.

Maintenance Technician is also responsible to assist the Custodial/ Janitorial staff when necessary.
