Onboarding Specialist

The Onboarding Coordinator will work for the Sr. Director of Talent Management and OD and is responsible for delivering a consistent, engaging, and effective onboarding experience for every new employee across the organization. This role partners with leaders, trainers, and support departments to ensure all new hires receive the training, resources, and guidance needed to become successful members of the team.

The Onboarding Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for new employees throughout the onboarding process, coordinating orientation, training schedules, and ongoing support during the employee's transition into their role.
