Vendor Order Specialist, Team Lead

The Vendor Order Specialist Team Lead will serve as point of contact and support for processing vendor orders such as flood determinations, title work, environmental assessments, etc. on behalf of the bank's lending staff.  This position will also serve as primary contact for vendors to resolve discrepancies and related issues with orders.

The team lead position will assist in the development of training for the new hires. The team lead will manage workflow and rotations daily.
