Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (“ICBC (Asia)”) is the flagship of overseas business of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (“ICBC”) – currently the largest commercial bank in China, and it is one of the domestic systemically important banks (D-SIBs) in Hong Kong. Currently, ICBC (Asia) has 52 retail outlets (including 27 “Elite Club” Wealth Management Centres) in Hong Kong.
It is engaged in commercial banking, investment banking and other financial services, including those of securities, insurance and funds, with a focus on commercial and retail banking as well as global market business. Chinese Mercantile Bank and ICBC Asset Management (Global) Company Limited, two wholly-owned subsidiaries of ICBC (Asia), specialize in Renminbi services in mainland China and ICBC’s global asset management business respectively.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional plans for cash management and corporate payment settlement products.help relationship managers to provide product solutions, promotion plans and training materials.Lead key client projects (e.g., host-to-host connectivity, cash pooling).support relationship managers in driving product implementation to enhance customer penetration rate and product revenue.
Collaborate with product development teams, group headquarters, and IT departments to translate client needs and market feedback into product enhancement initiatives, facilitating agile iteration. Conduct statistical analysis of transaction data from key enterprise client segments; analyze product sales performance and market trends; perform data analytics and mining to identify growth opportunities; provide strategic sales recommendations to management and formulate annual sales targets with execution plans.
Drive cash management and transaction banking business promotion through internal/external channels via marketing collateral distribution; organize market campaigns; and lead external award submissions on behalf of the bank to enhance the market brand equity of Transaction Banking. Job Requirements University graduate with major in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, IT, or related disciplines Minimum three years of relevant banking experiences.
