Agency: Adelphi Job Function: Strategy and Planning Job Subfunction: Research and Insights Job Description: Utilizes specialized knowledge to execute tasks, lead smaller projects or oversee specific components of larger initiatives. Addresses non-routine problems and contributes to process improvements by applying technical or professional expertise.

Decision-making is informed by established practices and past experience, ensuring effective and informed outcomes. OR May oversee the daily activities of team members within a specific area, to ensure task completion, and coordinating with other supervisors as necessary. Generates data‑driven insights to inform business, media, and marketing decisions by analysing audience, market, sales, and campaign performance data.

Supports stakeholders such as sales, planning, and account teams by translating complex datasets into actionable insights that demonstrate the effectiveness and value of media channels, campaigns, and marketing strategies. Researches and analyses audience behaviors, demographics, market conditions, campaign results, and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation.

Produces insight reports and evaluations to assess campaign effectiveness, forecast performance, and guide strategic decision‑making. Manages and applies analytics tools, systems, and methodologies to convert raw data into clear, relevant recommendations aligned to client and organisational objectives.

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
