The Role As part of the Frasers Visual Team, you will support the delivery of visual merchandising standards across the business, helping to drive sales, enhance the customer experience and maintain brand standards. Working closely with Retail, Commercial and Marketing teams, you will support store elevations, campaigns, installations and visual merchandising initiatives across the estate.
Key Responsibilities
Create and distribute visual merchandising communications and guidelines. Support the planning and implementation of store elevations, refits and installations. Conduct store visits and visual audits, identifying opportunities to improve standards. Work with Retail, Marketing and Commercial teams to execute campaigns and product launches.
Ensure merchandising guidelines are implemented consistently across stores. Provide support, training and guidance to retail teams when required. Liaise with brands and stakeholders to maintain visual standards and resolve issues. Support operational planning, department administration and project coordination. This role is based in our London Head Office and will involve regular travel to stores across the UK Skills & Experience Strong organisation, planning and prioritisation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication. Commercial awareness with an understanding of visual merchandising and retail standards. Proactive, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Confident decision-maker with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
Technical Skills Experience using Adobe Creative Suite. Good knowledge of PowerPoint, In. Design and Excel. Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues: Frasers Champion
