Wyckoff Heights Medical Center is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

• Fellows. This is a full-time, non-union 12-month position with stipend and benefits in Brooklyn, New York. Our inaugural Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) Fellowship Program is set to begin in October 2025 and end as of September 2026. This 12-month immersive educational curriculum seeks to provide bespoke primary care training and experience to newly-graduated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) seeking to further their expertise and broaden their knowledge to integrate evidence-based application into clinical practice. Through a series of clinical rotations, didactic series, and mentorship with practicing Primary Care NPs.
