Position Summary

The RMA Inventory Specialist is responsible for documenting, tracking, and maintaining all return merchandise (RMA) parts orders and other deliveries via UPS, Fed ex, field service and other carriers. The role ensures accurate inventory control and timely movement of RMA parts. The specialist plays a critical role in supporting warehouse operations and minimizing loss.

The specialist with receive and log all returned RMA parts orders. Inspect returned items for damages and part numbers. This position will work closely with the RMA supervisor, RMA parts lead and shipping specialists. Additional responsibilities may include processing RMA or completing a daily report. Training and/or Experience

  • 3+ years of warehouse, inventory control, or RMA Experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment, Forklift experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of electronic gaming machines and parts is a plus.

  • Quality driven, detail-oriented and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Oracle.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent. Work Conditions: The working conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations.
