Ati Crew Planner

Crew Planning is responsible for the long-range planning, staffing, and optimization of ATI’s flight crew resources. The Crew Planner develops and administers contractual bid processes, including monthly bid packages, vacation, and reserve bids; evaluates crew coverage and staffing requirements; and utilizes planning tools, data, and optimization techniques to develop efficient crew solutions.

The Crew Planner is also responsible for maintaining and supporting ATI’s crew optimization systems, including system parameters, planning data, and optimization processes to ensure accurate, reliable, and effective results.
