Job description
Responsible for the efficient operation and growth of three or more branches in a particular area, including ensuring all staff adheres to the Bank's Service to Sales Program, including high-quality customer service, cross-selling and upselling products and services, and managing referrals to meet and exceed the branches' assigned objectives.
