Operations Manager- Streets & Drainage (Salary commensurate with experience)

Under limited direction, plans, directs, and manages the operation, maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, and construction of the City's transportation and stormwater infrastructure systems. Responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable service delivery through effective leadership, workforce development, infrastructure asset management, regulatory compliance, budget administration, and customer service.

Develops and implements operational strategies, capital improvement initiatives, preventative maintenance programs, and emergency response activities to support the City's long-term infrastructure goals.
