Customer Service Representative

Job description
The Customer Service Agent would focus on servicing and retaining an existing book of business, advising clients on coverages, as well as completing endorsements and cancellations, managing retention, and policy issuance for our clients. This role also places a focus on service and sales, as we encourage our Service Agents to generate and sell cross-sell opportunities and analyze coverage to meet our clients’ needs.
