• PL/EN Bochum, Germany In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service.

Your Responsibilities

Handle and process customer inquiries, including analysis and coordination Provide support via phone and email Ensure compliance with agreed service quality standards Deliver first-level support Collaborate with the team to implement improvements that enhance customer satisfaction Proactively identify opportunities for workflow and process optimization Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues Continuously expand your knowledge of our dynamic European business Your Profile: Effective communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Polish are a must; good German skills are a plus Strong customer-focused mindset Proven experience in customer service ; experience in the toll industry is beneficial but not a must Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel Ability to work effectively both onsite and remotely as a collaborative team player Prior experience in first-level support or similar customer-facing roles is a plus Why Trafineo?
