Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) has broad responsibilities related to customer service, sales, and project coordination. As business professionals their primary function is to build key relationships with their ISR peers, Area Sales Managers, Operations and customers. Essentially, they are the central hub between all departments with the organization.

They are responsible for executing the business processes between those groups efficiently, consistently and with clear communication The ISR is a key role for the organization that allows interaction with all aspects of the business and is a great position for anyone with experience or someone with the positive attitude willing to learn.

This position extends the opportunity to learn our business within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power Generation industries. • Participate in appropriate meetings such as production and scheduling meetings to facilitate decision-making on backlogs and priorities.
• Reviewing and processing summary technical reports for accuracy on completed client projects.
