An equivalent combination of education and relevant analytical experience may be considered. Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, operations analytics, or a related analytical role. Experience within financial services or banking environments is preferred. Experience in financial services, risk management, compliance, or audit environments.

Exposure to KRIs/KPIs and governance reporting. Familiarity with regulatory expectations and audit processes. Strong ability to work with large data sets using structured analytical methods. Intermediate proficiency in data programming, querying, and analysis tools such as Microsoft SQL, Python, C#, or similar technologies.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of reporting and visualization tools. Experience with reporting tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Excel). Ability to translate analytical findings into clear, executive-level narratives and visuals. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing leadership-facing materials.
