Clinical Supervisor | Hairston House

To work within the Residential Rehabilitation Services (RRS)’s team model, establishing open communication, support, and accountability among staffs and residents. They are accountable to the Program Director, who is responsible for providing supervision and training. The Clinical Supervisor is one who will provide individual and group supervision to all staff, while supporting these staff in developing skills in responding to complex issues such as co-occurring disorders and trauma.

Clinical Supervisor may conduct assessments and provide individual and group services to residents requiring additional supports.
