About the role

We're hiring an LVN to support our neurology clinic team. You'll work closely with our physicians — in person and via telehealth — to prepare patients, administer medications and injections, monitor patients during visits and procedures, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between the exam room and the provider.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
  • Coordinate with front-office and physician staff to keep clinic flow moving smoothly
  • Provide patient education on neurological conditions and treatment plans under provider direction What you'll need
  • Active, unencumbered Texas LVN license (Texas Board of Nursing), in good standing - 3–4 years of clinical experience as an LVN; outpatient or specialty clinic experience preferred, neurology a plus
  • Bilingual — fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English
  • Comfortable administering medications/injections and monitoring patients independently in the room
  • Strong communication skills and comfort coordinating with a provider who may be joining the visit remotely
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure What we offer
  • Competitive hourly pay - [Health/dental/vision insurance] - [Paid time off] - [401(k) / retirement plan]
  • A supportive clinical team and a clear, structured role in patient care
