Automotive Loaner Car Specialist - Mercedes

The Rallye Motor Company , Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate opportunity for a Loaner Car Specialist with Rallye Mercedes! The Loaner Coordinator is chiefly responsible for the organization of the loaner fleet. A clean and valid driver license is required.

Responsibilities

Ensuring loaner fleet is gassed, cleaned, and staged appropriately. Inspecting the loaner fleet for any necessary maintenance. Ensuring that the vehicle inspection, registration, and insurance cards are current. Inspecting and reporting any damage to guests and management. Making sure all vehicles are accounted for and any problems have been documented.

Working with clients to coordinate the loaner process, clearly communicate the policies and procedures of the loaner agreement, and establishing method of payment. Ensuring all loaner contracts are accurately completed. Working collaboratively with service advisors and fellow loaner coordinators. Completing daily reports.

PAY: $20.00 PER HOUR Requirements Customer service experience required. Previous experience in loaner cars or rental cars strongly preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
