Key Responsibilities

Lead and Motivate the instore team to deliver excellent service and reach sales targets. Manage daily store operations and stock control. Build relationships with customers, travel enthusiasts. Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and customer experience excellence.

Requirements

Have at least 1-3 years of retail store management experience (preferably in outdoor, travel, or lifestyle). Are confident, creative and people - orientated. Love travel, adventure and storytelling. Are organized, proactive and a natural leader.
