We are looking for a Lead Developer to provide technical leadership across a multi-site, global web platform.
This role owns architecture, technical standards, and development best practices, while working closely with distributed teams and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own web architecture and technical standards Guide development across legacy CMS platforms and modern frameworks Review code and mentor senior, mid-level, and junior developers Make decisions on tooling, frameworks, and best practices Collaboration & Delivery: Partner with DevOps on CI/CD, environments, and reliability Support planning, estimation, and technical risk assessment Act as escalation point for complex technical issues Ensure consistency and quality across all web properties Job requirements Qualifications: 8+ years of professional web development experience Strong experience with React and/or Vue.
js Solid background with Drupal and WordPress Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers Strong communication, decision-making, and ownership mindset Nice to have: Experience designing shared platforms or design systems Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure Experience working in enterprise or multi-brand environments
