AM to Manager, Business Analyst / Project Manager (Loans Administration Dept)

Job Responsibilities

Drive and deliver digital transformation, process optimization, and enhancement initiatives for retail and corporate loans administration Manage outsourcing projects to ensure seamless execution and transition Conduct business requirement analysis, translating operational needs into technical specifications for IT departments Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, including internal and external departments Write proposals, execution plans, and other documents and conduct analysis to initiate and ensure timely delivery of projects Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the department Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline At least 3 years’ experience in banking operations, with an in-depth understanding of and risk awareness in loans administration process (retail and corporate) and the banking industry best practices (such as AI application in loans process) Proven track record in delivering automation projects and managing outsourcing projects Knowledge of relevant HKMA regulations governing the Loans business Strong writing skills (for proposal, plans, and documentation) and communication skills with fluency in both Chinese (Putonghua) and English Good data analysis skills with a logical mindset, excellent timeline management, and project reporting capabilities PMP certification is preferable Interested parties, please click "Apply Now" for application.
