About our Department : Our Business Development team are vital in growing our business. From new partnerships and opportunities to increasing student numbers.

About the Role

You will provide operational support to the Business Development Executive/Manager (BDE/M) in managing allocated education agents and supporting applicants throughout their journey from application to enrolment. Working closely with agents and internal stakeholders, you will assist with admissions processes, review applicant documentation, coordinate interviews and monitor outstanding actions.

A key focus of the role is to ensure applicants progress efficiently, recruitment activities run smoothly, and departmental targets and objectives are met.

About You

You will be highly organised, analytical and customer-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and high standards of service. You should demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills, alongside the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.

Essential requirements : GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Experience managing multiple workloads and competing priorities. Understanding of data accuracy, GDPR and confidentiality. Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

A strong understanding of customer service principles. Desirable requirements : A degree or equivalent relevant experience. Experience in Higher Education or student recruitment. Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, clients or external stakeholders.
