- RF Sub-System Design
- Design and develop RF sub-systems, modules, and circuits(e.g., LNA, PA, mixers, filters, ...)
- Evaluate trade offs between performance, cost, size, power, and manufacturability
- Ensure compliance with relevant RF standards and regulatory requirements(FCC, CE, ETSI,etc.)
- Drive design for manufacturability(DFM) and design for testability(DFT)
- Prototyping, Testing & Validation
- Define RF test plans and measurement methodologies
- Operate RF lab equipment(VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, power meter,oscilloscope)
- Troubleshoot RF performance issues at component, board, and system level
- Product Integration & Manufacturing Support
- Support hardware layout reviews with focus on RF performance and EMC
- Collaborate with BB, mechanical and system teams on shielding, grounding, thermal, etc
- Support pilot runs, mass production yield improvement, and failure analysis
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare RF design documents, test reports, and performance summaries
- Support certification documentation and regulatory submissions
- Maintain clear and traceable technical records Education Bachelor
