Job Overview: Job Summary** Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a skilled Medium Equipment Operator to join our team in Donaldsonville, LA. This role involves safely and efficiently operating various types of medium-sized construction equipment for site preparation, excavation, and material handling on construction projects.

Job Responsibilities** * Operate medium-sized heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, motor graders, and forklifts in a safe and efficient manner. * Perform daily pre-operation inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues or defects. * Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures on the job site.

• Load and unload materials, grade surfaces, dig trenches, clear land, and perform other tasks as directed. * Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and other personnel on the job site. * Assist with general labor duties on the ground when equipment operation is not required. * Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.

• Follow project plans and specifications. Job Qualifications** * Minimum of 2-5 years of experience operating various medium-sized heavy equipment. * Proven ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently. * Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and procedures. * Ability to read and interpret grade stakes, blueprints, and other construction documents is a plus.

• Possess a valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. * Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects when necessary. * Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
