Telesales/ Telemarketing Specialist, Consumer Finance

Responsibilities

Promote unsecured lending product (Personal Loan / Card Loan) through making outbound calls and handle inbound hotline. Identify existing and prospective customers financial needs in order to achieve business targets of the Bank. Deliver consistent quality service to attain high level of customer satisfaction Comply all internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Post secondary or above, preferably degree holder in any disciplines Relevant experience in sales or customer services is an advantage Good communication skills, aggressive and hardworking Good command of Mandarin and English Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing Interested parties, please click "Apply Now" for application.
