中國信託商業銀行 Your Career Our Future Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Corporate Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team at CTBC Bank. This role is crucial for developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to enhance our corporate banking services and market position.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and participate in the development and execution of strategic planning for corporate banking products and services. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and threats. Analyze financial data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of existing strategies and propose improvements.

Collaborate with various departments, including product development, sales, risk management, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management, outlining strategic recommendations and progress. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic conditions to anticipate their impact on corporate banking operations.

Assist in the development and launch of new corporate banking products and services, from concept to implementation. Support the formulation of business development strategies and client acquisition plans. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate banking, strategic planning, or business development within the financial services industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in Mandarin Chinese and English.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with financial modelling and business intelligence tools is a plus. Demonstrated understanding of corporate banking products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
