What You'll Do

Provide professional customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and general account-related questions. Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.

Requirements

• You must have a C1/C2 level of Spanish , both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• You must have a valid EU passport.
• You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
