Our Opportunity Immediate opening for a Pre-Construction Administrator to assist in the preparation of budgets for multifamily, commercial and residential construction projects. Duties / Responsibilities: Prepare, process, and track contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders Maintain organized project documentation, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and coordination of billing with accounting departments Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and distribute relevant project information Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain documentation, updates, and approvals Ensure compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and safety regulations Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and client meetings Skills / Requirements / Qualifications Experience : 2–4 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or related roles Organization : Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners Technical Proficiency: Familiarity Microsoft Office Suite.
Construction management software a plus (will train). Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in document management, data entry, and financial tracking Analytical Skills: Ability to review contracts, budgets, and schedules for inconsistencies or potential issues Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with sales, project managers, field staff, and clients What’s In It For Me?
