Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Planning Manager to oversee product availability across our regional market cluster. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end supply planning and replenishment process, bridging the gap between demand forecasts and manufacturing capacity across a diverse network of factories.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Availability & Service Level Management
- Ensure Product Availability: Own the On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) and Service Level targets for all product lines across CEA cluster.
- Network & Replenishment Planning: Manage primary supply flows from multiple manufacturing sites to local market distribution centers.
- Shortage Mitigation: Anticipate supply disruptions, stock-outs, or allocation limits. Lead cross-functional task forces (Commercial, Logistics, S&OP) to prioritize allocations and mitigate customer impact.
- Factory Interface & S&OP Collaboration
- Capacity & Supply Alignment: Act as the primary interface to manufacturing sites. Translate market consensus demand into rolling supply plans and review factory supply commitments.
- Supply Reviews: Lead periodic Supply Review step of S&OP process for the cluster, highlighting supply constraints, lead-time changes, and capacity bottlenecks.
- Vendor & Factory SLA Management: Track and improve factory performance metrics, including adherence to plan, dispatch timeliness, and order line fill rates.
- Cluster Inventory Optimization
- Working Capital Strategy: Set and maintain optimal safety stock, reorder points, and target stock levels across all cluster warehouses to balance cost and availability.
- Inventory Health: Actively monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and near-expiry inventory. Implement liquidations or promotional strategies with Commercial teams to minimize write-offs.
- Deployment & Balanced Allocation: Direct product allocation strategies during supply shortages across different markets
- Continuous Improvement & Systems
- Process Optimization: Refine replenishment parameters (minimum order quantities, lead times, safety stocks) in Planning Systems
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Demand Planning, Logistics, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless product launches, phase-ins/phase-outs, and seasonal spikes. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree ins Supply Chain management, Logistics, BA, IE 5 years supply chain experience Strong analytical skill Exceptional stakeholder management, conflict management, negotiation skill
