Job Profile: Collaboration & Platform Engineer (E2) Reporting Structure Reporting to the Sr. Manager, DevOps Engineering, the Collaboration & Platform Engineer (E2) supports the administration and operational stability of enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms. This role focuses on day-to-day platform support, basic automation, and continuous improvement under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Support administration of enterprise collaboration platforms including Slack Enterprise Grid, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. Assist in managing Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online. Provide operational support and respond to platform-related incidents and service requests.
Assist with automation and integration efforts using APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure Logic Apps, and Service. Now. Support AI-enabled features and ensure proper configuration under established governance guidelines. Contribute to documentation, knowledge base updates, and user enablement materials. Participate in platform migrations and modernization initiatives as directed.
Platforms & Technologies Slack Enterprise Grid Google Workspace Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint Online) OpenAI-powered enterprise AI services Azure (Logic Apps, Functions) Microsoft Graph Service. Now Required Qualifications 2+ years experience supporting enterprise collaboration or productivity platforms.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration. Basic experience with automation, scripting, or APIs. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Slack Enterprise Grid or Google Workspace administration. Experience with Azure services or Microsoft Graph. Interest in enterprise AI capabilities and automation solutions.
