Position Overview

This position is responsible for supervising the activities of cashiering, customer service, business licensing, business & occupation tax, and utility billing sections of the Finance Department and coordinating assigned activities within the sections.  This position supervises the Fiscal Utility Support staff, determines appropriate turn-off situations, performs auditing of the Division, and supports staff in complex customer service issues.
