Position Purpose We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is responsible for executing dishes with precision, artistry, and consistency, reflecting the exceptional standards of a luxury dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a refined palate, strong attention to detail, and a deep appreciation for culinary craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards. Ensure consistency in flavor, quality, and appearance of all dishes. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation at all times. Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Collaborate with fellow chefs and culinary leaders to execute menu items efficiently during service.

Requirements

Prior culinary experience in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or fine dining environment required. Exceptional culinary skills with strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations. High standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and precision.

Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications
