The Chief Operations Officer will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, improving project outcomes, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring the organization consistently delivers high-quality results at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across service delivery, technology, resource planning, and project management teams to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes. Establish performance frameworks, operational plans, and KPIs that drive efficiency, profitability, and growth. Align cross-functional teams, remove bottlenecks, and ensure priorities across operations, IT, and project delivery are coordinated.

Optimize project delivery through effective planning, tracking, reporting, and best practices for on-time, on-budget execution. Streamline processes, integrate systems, and implement scalable workflows to improve operational performance and reduce inefficiencies. Foster a high-performance, execution-focused culture through leadership development, coaching, and structured training programs.

Enhance customer satisfaction by driving consistent delivery, proactive communication, and follow-up on project outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 10+ years of executive-level experience leading operations, project delivery, or technical execution. Proven ability to scale processes, teams, and systems within a growing organization. Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, develop, and motivate cross-functional teams.

Experience in IT-driven or technology-enabled companies highly preferred. Demonstrated success in developing top-performing teams and fostering leadership growth.
