We’re currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and help lead a strong, service-focused brigade.
This role is ideal for a chef who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments, enjoys mentoring junior staff and takes pride in delivering consistent, quality food during high-volume service. The Tote is a true local institution, known for its pub classics, steaks, pizzas, live sport and weekly events, creating a dynamic kitchen environment with a varied and consistent trade base.
About the role
