Bachelor and above, Electrical/ Mechanical/ Engineering etc. related background. 10 years+ manufacturing experience in automotive industry, rich manufacturing process knowledge with Lean mindset.

5 years+ big team leadership experience incl. blue collar management, strong leadership and interpersonal skill. Strategic thinking, good communication and cooperation with multi-functions and internal/external stakeholders.
