Job description

We are hiring an Automotive Cyber Security Engineer to work on Software Defined Vehicles (SDVs) and cybersecurity compliance projects. Role overview: This role focuses on ensuring cybersecurity compliance for SDVs under UN-R155 and ISO/SAE 21434. You will define security requirements, perform TARA, support CSMS activities, and work closely with engineering teams and Tier-1 suppliers to protect vehicle safety and data.

Key responsibilities

Define and manage cybersecurity requirements at vehicle, system, and component levels Perform threat analysis and risk assessment (TARA) Support CSMS processes and gap analysis during development Prepare and review type approval documents and compliance evidence Coordinate with ECU suppliers and Tier-1 partners Conduct vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, and security validation Monitor global vulnerability databases and Auto-ISAC reports Requirements Strong knowledge of UN-R155 and ISO/SAE 21434 Hands-on experience with TARA, threat modeling, and vulnerability analysis Experience defining security requirements for embedded systems Japanese: Native level | English: Conversational
